My name is Lindsey and I’m a professional photographer based in Los Angeles. Photography has always been my passion and I’ve been lucky enough to turn it into my career over the past decade.

I started out with Canon DSLRs but made the switch to Nikon’s mirrorless cameras in 2020. As one of the early adopters of Nikon’s Z series, I’ve had the opportunity to extensively test and use every camera in their mirrorless lineup. My blog, LindseyShoots, was created to share my first-hand experience and reviews of these exciting new cameras.

In addition to gear reviews, you’ll find photo tutorials, tips for beginners, and stories from my landscape and travel photography adventures. I love helping others learn and grow in their craft. When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me hiking trails or exploring new cities.

As a member of the Nikon Professional Services program, I have access to the latest Nikon technologies and can provide an insider’s perspective. My goal is for this site to be a valuable educational resource for any photographer considering or already using Nikon mirrorless cameras.
